Partnership for Security

Sharing democratic values, and appreciating the importance of security for the progress of each country,

Alpha Centre (Niksic, Montenegro), Centre for Politics and Euro-Atlantic Partnership (Novi Sad, Serbia), Initiative for Integrations (Vranje, Serbia), North Atlantic Integrations Promotion Organization - NAPO (Zagreb, Croatia), are establishing “Partnership for Security” (hereinafter referred to as Partnership) as Founding members (hereinafter referred to as Members).

Partnership is based on the following points:

1st Support to the enlargement of NATO to all countries that wish to contribute to the security of the Euro-Atlantic area;

2nd Exchange of experience on accession to NATO;

3rd Encouraging security cooperation of countries that Members are coming from;

4th Educating citizens about the Euro-Atlantic integrations;

5th Raising the quality of information’s offered to citizens about the Euro-Atlantic integration;

6th Enquiring security threats and analyzing the security aspects of Euro-Atlantic area;

7th Promoting and encouraging involvement in providing regional, Euro-Atlantic and global security.

The aim of Partnership is full membership in NATO and EU of countries that Members are coming from and their strong contribution to peace and security in the countries that Members are coming from spreading peace and security.

Activity of Partnership:

Partnership is open to all non-governmental organizations that accept these points and goals, and can prove their action in accordance with stated points and goals.

All decisions on behalf of the Partnership Members will bring consensually, including the decision on inviting new non-governmental organizations.

Partnership official languages are: English and the official languages in the countries that Members are coming from.

Each calendar year Partnership is chaired by one of its Members.
